The Instituto Superior de Artes “F. Chopin” (IFC Artes), the first musical conservatory in the province of Mendoza, Argentina, will be celebrating its sixtieth anniversary in 2019. Today IFC Artes offers the most complete post-secondary arts curriculum in all of Greater Mendoza. It prepares students for a career in Arts Education with certification in four areas: Music, Dance, Theater, and Visual Arts. It also offers an advanced degree in Dance Performance (Jazz, Spanish-flamenco, Folklore, and Tango).

The high school under the auspices of IFC Artes offers a curriculum that focuses on the arts and performance. The students and faculty of IFC Artes regularly offer performances to the public that combine their four artistic specialties. They often perform in major venues like Mendoza’s Teatro Independencia.
